I'm currently eating 1,400 calories and my TDEE is about 1,800. I haven't seen much progress but I'm not too worried about that since it's only been like two weeks. But I always feel hungry even though I'm eating a lot. I don't understand. Even if my hunger is mental, it's still there and I still want to eat more. I'm scared and mad at myself. I don't know why I want to eat more, I feel like such a fucking pig.
