Excluding a nutrient

I realise I've completely banned fat from my diet. I have a history of anorexia, but I got fat through peanut butter, pesto, cheese, etc.

These last 6 months have been the worst ever when it comes to my diet. I've struggled with a very extreme binge eating disorder.

Now I wonder: do you have any experience with excluding/including a macro nutrient? I hope that reincluding some fat will prevent my binges, because no matter how many carbs, or much protein I eat, it seems like they can't satisfy my need for foods (I've only now realised that they're all healthy fats).

Please, I'm looking for a way out of eating disorders.
