Haven't been eating that much but I haven't been able to do much from being so tired not eating how do you get energy by not eating?

The body uses sleep, food, and water to do just about everything. So, in order to get more energy without food, I believe you would just need to increase your sleep and water intake, and maybe supplement a bit of caffeine but not too much of it because having it on an empty stomach may give you anxiety or heart palpations. However, please keep food in mind; even if you don't want it, it is necessary for you to stay healthy.

vitamin water, green tea, coffee with cinnamon, with caffeine always hydrate as well! maybe increase your intake? push a bit harder bite by bite... a banana and real, good quality chocolate (contains caffeine and flavonoids to boost cognitive skills and improve mood) can make miracles! Complex carbs and regular eating, avoiding sugar and processed stuff can help without the crash. On the long run You just can't have energy and avoid eating. finding a hobby and obsessing over it lmao. i'm back at school so always studying, and when i'm not studying, i'm sleeping or at work. free time = food for me and i am trying my best to restrict while at college.

it helps for me to have the most energy when i eat a few hours after i wake up (so around 11am), then an afternoon snack at 3pm, and then dinner at 8pm. i definitely get tired from 5-8pm, but usually i'm at work so i just power through. black coffee helps and nutrient rich foods, like veg and stuff.
