What liquids do you allow yourself? I've done water several times but never ventured into other liquids, at least I've never purposely done a liquid fast...
How long do you typically go/what do you allow yourself/what were your results?

If anyone would like to join me in starting one, even better!

black coffee, teas (without milk or sugar same with coffee) my only exception is sweetners, diet drinks like coke etc, chicken, beef or vegetable broths (anything under 7 cals max, always check the labels !!) i usually make some chicken brother which is like 2 calories and add a few drops of siracha, i stick to sugar free gum and ice cubes

i read somewhere that supposedly anything under 50 calories shouldn't break you out of ketosis (which essentially begins to happen after you're in a fasted state) but i dont trust that hahah anything over 7 calories for me is a no go (idk how i came to that number but yee)

Water, coffee black, sugar free juice (from powdered mix), sugar free energy drinks, I'm usually ok with anything under 5 a serving but would personally limit them to like 6 servings so 48oz and focus on water otherwise

Electrolyte water, tea (hot/iced - no sweetener), Diet Coke/Coke Zero, broth (~10cals), iced black coffee, coffee with 1 Tbsp half and half (~20cals), hot lemon water, zero-cal flavored-carbonated water drinks (like LaCroix)... If I'm sticking to liquids, but still planning lots of exercise, I will add in protein powder+unsweetened nut milk - (120 -180cals)

I have a friend that drinks a glass of pickle juice everyday - and swears by it.
