I've actually never tried this so I don't know if it takes the hunger away. I always thought it would make me feel gross idk. Does it take the hunger away and does it add any calories? Just wondering.

No, you might feel hungrier after, but if you fancy some taste in your mouth it can help.

Count a 10% of the calories of the food as you might swallow some juices.

I haven't done it before but I don't think it works as digestion starts in your mouth and though you are spitting food out, you are still consuming almost negligible calories :3

calorie absorption starts in the small intestine. saliva only breaks food down.

chsp is more like... when youre really craving a taste eg. chocolate but you dont want to gain many calories from eating it you just chew it then spit it out so that way youve tasted without actually swallowing and absorbing MANY calories (bc u still absorb some from ur mouth)
