Same, I am petrified of liquid calories. I do put milk and sugar in my coffee, but not enough to go over 100 calories.

Otherwise, only water.

Yes. Liquid calories scare me so I either take zero drinks or tea or use them as a meal/count in my intake

Absolutely, you'd be surprised how many calories can be in drinks that'll push you over the edge. Soda, dairy, and definitely juices can add up to being around 400 calories of your day's intake depending on how much you drink. This is why I always go for the no calories options of water (because your skin will love you for drinking water), tea (to help with fatigue and even give just a slight metabolism boost in cases like Green Tea), or the occasional indulgent diet soda. Also, for me at least, I'd much rather have a meal for less than half of a can of soda and loose more weight.

Every calorie adds up. I used to survive off iced coffee until i read they have 350+ cals in 500 mls... yeah ill stick to tea with a dash of milk, or sugar free hot choc if i have room in my cal intake. On the daily its purely diet drinks and water, no sugar! It adds up way too fast...

When I used to drink fluids which contained calories I did, now I drink water and Diet Coke so I don't bother to count that 1cal in the coke

i don't count a bit of cashew milk in coffee/tea but everything else? hell yeah.

the cashew milk is 25 calories/cup so even if i was somehow drinking three cups a day in tea i would still burn it off just from walking to and from school.
