i dont count black coffee or plain tea, but if i have oat milk or something i'll count that. I count the cals in diet energy drinks, and pretty much any drink other than coke zero.
 
I count everything except tea, black coffee and diet sodas.
 
obviously. the only things I drink are 2kcal per glass squash, pepsi max or black coffee, so those don’t get counted but im petrified of liquid calories otherwise.

black coffee or tea are 3 calories each so I drink lots more water now.

lozenges, depending on brand, are 5 calories.

There's tons of hidden calories. I use MFP to find them.
 
i don't count a bit of cashew milk in coffee/tea but everything else? hell yeah.

the cashew milk is 25 calories/cup so even if i was somehow drinking three cups a day in tea i would still burn it off just from walking to and from school.
 
if the drink has calories, then yes, i do count it. but if not, i log it as 0. like i know some people count coffee as 5, but i don’t.
