so I know peanut butter and nutella are mentioned frequently in things people have a hard time purging, but I would like to see if there are some magical creatures out there that can actually purge this stuff.

I don't like peanut butter, but nutella is my number one fear food. first of all i'm allergic to hazelnuts and secondly I can't purge this stuff. so binging on nutella basically turns into a near-death experience for me.

I can purge all nutbutters, cookie butter, nutella, etc. Once purged a whole huge jar of crunchy pb, once a jar of nutella. I can purge pretty much anything though.

I once fasted for a day and a half before breaking and eating about 5 oz of (a stranger's) peanut butter, went over to (the same stranger's) bathroom and brought up that 5 oz of peanut butter, no water or anything, and it looked exactly the same. it was really easy, idk why so many people have problems. OATMEAL though...

Nutella is fine.
Sometimes lumps of peanut butter get temporarily stuck, but it all comes up in the end. I find the brand makes a difference, though. If it's the crunchier, oil-separating, organic-type stuff it's a lot easier to purge than the more gelatinous, homogenised cheap varieties. Which is a shame because it's so damned expensive by comparison.

Nutella is easier for me in comparison with other spreads you mentioned, but only if I eat it at the middle/end of binge, and drink plenty of liquid throughout. I am not brave enough to start a binge with it though, because it sticks to my stomach and refuses to let go. Still it purges better than chocolate for me.

Peanut butter and other nut butters are forbidden zone for me now, but I can purge peanut butter if I spread it on toast with tons of honey and butter, and then microwave it a bit. It thins pb down a bit, adds gooey sweetness, and purges just like any other type of toast ( still needs liquid to go with, of course).

I saw a post a while ago saying Jif Whip purges better? But I tried and experienced no difference, and still couldn't purge well.

Can you put a 'somtimes' option? lol. I've been able to purge cookie butter and chocolate hazelnut butter about half the time, or at least that I could tell. It makes it hard to tell when there's so much food I ate and the spread was only a small part of it y'know?

Spreads are hella easy for me. I just don't like chunks or acid. But I chew like a cow, so chunks aren't a problem usually (unless I'm mfking hungry as a cow and chew like a bird lmao). Spreads and condiments are life. Ketchup is weird though tbh, burns and irritates me, and mayo tastes funny. Still eat it all though. Nutella is one of my favourite b/p foods, smooth and tastes pretty great either way. I'm sick of PB at the moment though, I over did it with that one. I have actually NEVER tried cookie butter and I'm so butt hurt over it. (Butter hurt?)

I actually find nutella a lot easier than normal chocolate, but if I'm having trouble with any of them or if I'm just worried my purging won't be great I drink something hot. Coffee, tea or hot chocolate they kinda melt the peanut butter/nutella into them and it all comes up in thicker liquid consistency. Less choking for me that way than if I try purge normal chocolate with cold water.

Cookies and spaghetti are my devil foods. Doesn't stop me but by damn they are hellish

well I meant if you basically eat just the butter by itself. otherwise I'm okai as well, it just comes out with everything else.

Ever tried drinking hot water (like just comfortable to drink) before trying to get up Nutella or other stuff? Seems to work for me, guess it kind of melts it - otherwise it'd probably be a nightmare for me too tbh x(
yes, hot tea is my number one weapon in any purge battle!! I still never get everything out and this stuff has so many calories that even a tablespoon left in me freaks me out
