Calorie panic on My Fitness Pal

So I ate a packet of Thai noodles and they said on the nutritional contents and online 75kcal per 100g of prepared product (the packet is 90g)- then after I’d eaten them I scanned the barcode into My Fitness Pal and it came up 400+kcal for a 90g packet ?! Have I just eaten 400 calories or 75? I don’t know what to eat for the rest of the day. Which number would you go with?

From what I remember about using mfp, there were times where I scanned a barcode that wasnt in the database and it asked me the nutrition information that way it could be added. It's very well possible that another user added in the nutrition facts wrong if that's the way it still works. I would go with the package information. Also look at the serving size if you havent already. I have a favorite canned soup that has 2.5 serving sizes and cals per serving is 80 so multiply the cals by serving size just to double check

Thank you :) I think you might be right as there are quite a few different flavours of this brand and different types of noodles and the calories vary wildly across them (I purposely bought the lowest calorie one) so someone could've easily logged it in as a different one. I logged it in as a double serving just in case because it seemed a bit low and it wasn't very clear on the pack.
