Bradycardia?

Hi everyone, I just have a question and I'm hoping someone out there can give me some advice.

So.... I have bradycardia. My average resting heart rate is 44 beats per minute. I've also been having some chest pains (may or may not be related). I know this is because I'm restricting, but I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they've done about it, if anything. Is this something I should worry about? What will happen if I ignore it? Would I just eventually faint or am I about to drop dead from sudden cardiac arrest?

P.S- I'm taking electrolyte supplements, so I guess it's possible bradycardia isn't a resulting from electrolyte imbalances....?
