Hey everyone,
So I was just wondering if anyone else gets a bigger/bloated belly AFTER purging? Like only the lower area of the belly, where the intestines are.
Because mine always IS bloated :( . And technically your belly needs to be slim after purging, right?

Anyone who can relate and/or explain?

I get this, especially if I've had a few 'sessions' in a day - it doesn't fully get back to normal until the next morning. Water retention (as people have said), wind or possibly just inflammation from all the abuse?

I can relate, was just searching around to see if I could find a solution or if there even is a correlation between the two. I found out from another thread that low sodium or potassium which in our case is usually from purging could cause stomach upset and bloating too. That's why some people say drinking water helps because it neutrallises the other chemicals and gut flora etc. Hope it helps, even though sometimes it doesn't work for me, but I suspect I might have GERD or IBS which could also cause bloating and constipation or diarrhoea...(sorry tmi) xp
