So does anyone have any recommendations of the best diet pill(s) that's worked for you? Please bear in mind that I'm only 17, so I'm not sure what's safe and what's not. Any and all comments/suggestions welcome! :)

call me high and mighty and a pompous bitch, but i can't in good conscience suggest diet pills to anyone under 18. it's the overprotective mom in me.

so what i will do is just give you the generic "eat a safe number of calories and work out regularly, make sure you're getting enough protein and fiber and whatnot. and stay away from chemicals and gimmicks."

sorry, wish i could help, honey, but you're too young and beautiful to turn to diet pills already.

Alli/Orlistat. Expensive as fuck but it's the only thing that is actually worth it when it comes to diet pills. Not sure about age though, on the bottle it says for 18+ only, but, on some website I've seen before (either WebMD or their official site if they actually have one) they said that it's safe for younger people, BUT they HAVE to be overweight/obese.

Edit: Holllaaaa! Found it :) http://www.alliweightlossplan.com/alli-teens/

What does Alli do? Doesn't it cause loose stools? They say you have to be overweight to buy it. Who judges this, the cashier?

Alli blocks the fat from being absorbed, so you pass in your stools if ou eat it. I haven't ever tried it and was recommended not to. People I know have said they get such intense pains if they eat food with fat in it (which you need some of, especially since you're brain is not finished developing, you need good fats for that, for cancer prevention, and many other functions.) and that's when you have loose stools.

I know how you feel about wanting something to boost your loss, but as a nurse I wouldn't tecoend it for anyone who doesn't have 30+ lbs to lose and who can't lose it any other way.

Nope actually nobody ever said that.. Nobody judges if you're overweight or not in order to buy it.. My dad bought one for my mom and he isn't THAT overweight. And yes Alli does cause loose stools, and yellow shit to come out of your anus, and disgusting farts (You think your farts are bad? Alli will make them 10x worse :D!). So yeah, side effects are nasty, but they only occur when your meal has more than 6 grams of fat (And I REALLY doubt if any of our ED "meals" contain more than 6 grams of fat..) basically what it does is that after every meal you have when you take Alli it breaks down the fat molecules and lets it pass through so you can basically poop the fat out.

Stacker 2 or stacker 3 pills. Only difference is stacker three has ephedra in it(making it stronger). These pills are fabulous because they murder your hunger completely. And if you eat, they make you feel kinda sick. For me they last like a day and a half and I just take another when I feel the effects wearing off. Supposedly they also burn fat. Idk but I've lose a lot of weight on then

I'm 16 and I've taken a few diet pills.. Maybe 3 in my lifetime. The only reason I did it was because my sister and her friend bought a bunch of bottles and gave one bottle to me. They're still somewhere in my house, I just have to find them. In my opinion, diet pills don't work. If you want something that stunts hunger but is negative calories, eat a shit ton of celery haha 😁. And, celery is good for you and full of water AND you burn more calories digesting it than actually eating it.

Not sure about the U.S but in the U.K you can get Ephedrine hydrochloride which is a stronger and purer than ephedra.
Buy chesteze, pro plus and junior disprin.
Wanna ship to the U.S.? Lol

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that whole negative calorie food thing is bullshit (although I wish it wasnt) and for the op, thanks for posting this topic since I usually only see people saying steer clear of diet pills
