Can you tell me what are your habits like
How much do you exercise, what do you eat in a day, do you allow yourself to eat an apple...etc...

I eat 500 calores of food a day. Sometimes I'll have a 50 cal hot chocolate on top of top that.

I hardly exercise and I am sat down in the library day. Once or twice a week I'll rebound for 30 minutes, however.

I don't snack and eat all my calories in 'meals': either 2 250cal meals; or 2 150cal meals and 1 200 cal meal.

If it's a special occasion I will have a day 'off': for example, next week will be my birthday and I plan to eat whatever I want. I have to be cautious not to such instances turn in to a binge cycle though.

I never exercise and I have a very sedentary lifestyle. I go on walks as often as I can though,
which is usually a few times a week. I'd like to take more walks, but I'm scared to go alone.
So I have to convince my bf to come with me every time and he's not really that into it.

I restrict to below 1000 calories most days.
Don't care what I eat, just counting calories.

Eat on average 700 a day, sometimes more sometimes less but 700 is my happy number. Once a week or if I'm feeling binge urges I have more cals, mostly 1200-1400, for a one off. I don't restrict on healthy foods, just anything that fits in the limit. ie today for brunch I had belvita and a hot chocolate lol, for dinner probs gonna have a sandwich.

I don't do exercise at all, basically sleep or sit in bed on mpa all day (I'm a student)

Lost nearly 50lbs this way

I pace and pace and walk and walk until my TDEE hits 2,000 on my Fitbit.

I don't eat the same amount per day, but usually never over 1,200.

I graze on tiny pieces of chocolate during the day and only eat my "main meals" at night after 8pm. This routine started with intermittent fasting, and now I just prefer to eat at night because I'm an all or nothing type of gal. Give me breakfast, and I'll eat a day worth of food before 12pm.

Small utensils, always. Even just up to a month ago I was really crazy about specific plates, but I feel that behavior starting to fade. My baby spoon and baby fork though? I'll lose my shit I can't eat with it.

My am ritual is pretty strict. and fucks with my head if it doesn't happen in order.

4:30am - up and study - 750ml water.

5:30am - Make coffee, pack lunches/breakfasts for family.

6:00am - leave house - 750ml water to drink in car.

7:30am - gym.

If this can go to plan then my day will be okay. i get to work at around 9:30, have "breakfast" have "lunch" at around 1:30 and then leave at around 3pm.

BUT if that initial routine is out of wack, my entire day is a disaster.
You wake up at roughly the same time I go to sleep... I have no idea how you can do this. I wish I could learn to be a morning person.

I only eat dinner, which is typically 700-900 calories. Sometimes I'll have a 100 calorie smoothie during the day if my husband starts asking if I'm hungry, just to keep him from thinking anything is wrong. Otherwise if I snack or eat anything during the day, I'll end up binging. I'm pretty active and I try to get a workout with at least 200 calorie burn most days.

200, max 500cal per day.
I eat only boiled spinach...for snack an apple and 2l water per day.
And every night i go for a run for 2h which burns 250cal
O yea, and coffee in the morning with 0.9%fat

Coffee-60cal
Spinach-20cal
Apple-50cal
So that's around 130cal per day
Wow I wish I could do this. Stay safe

okay so...

i restrict under my bmr
chew a specific amount of times before swallowing (only for carbs tho?)
pace a shit ton
dance around my room haha to burn calories

and i have a specific eating schedule that i have to follow
my meals are all at the same times

I try to eat under 1200
I get 15,000-20,000 steps a day from walking in place, walking normally, and pacing.
I usually have dance class in school.
I have to weigh and prepare all of my own foods.
I drink a load of water.
And I can only have vegan unprocessed foods. The only processed food I'm okay with rn is cashew milk rip I miss candy so freaking much

I do pole dancing for an hour 2 times a week and that's about it

I eat 500-800 calories

I normally only eat dinner because my parent make high cal dinners that I have to eat because they don't know about my ED.

If I do have lunch it's an apple or some snow peas and baby tomatoes
