I found this on the Wikipedia page for the documentary thin which gives some detail on what happened to the girls and where they are now -

" In 2008, Shelly reported that she was successfully recovering from her eating disorder.

Polly moved to Chattanooga after leaving Renfrew, went back to school to study photography and was managing a studio at the time of the film's release. She died at her residence on February 8, 2008. Her death is believed to have been a suicide.

Three years after the filming, Brittany mentioned going to rehab for a heroin addiction on her MySpace"

Anyone know anything about how Natasha from "I'm A Child Anorexic" is doing? I think about her all the time.
Last I heard she was doing well. I hope she still is. I really liked her.

Poor Brittany, honestly I didn't see her recovering with such an enabling mom. sad thing is it seemed like she was trying.
So did Brittany really die?

wow i went through that whole intervention list and why'd they do vanessa marquez so dirty with that photo??? also how is 'agoraphobia' an addiction...?? i don't think agoraphobes get any sort of thrill or addictive craving of...being intensely terrified of crowds. makes no sense.

also her cause of death is heart breaking. this is why i don't believe in police handling mental health welfare checks. leave that to specially trained crisis workers who aren't trained to kill anyone they can deem threatening ffs.

I don't think that's the same Brittany from the Thin documentary. Her surname is different and also the date of birth doesn't match up. Brittany from thin was 15 when the documentary was made in 2006 so she was probably born in 1990 or 1991. But I could be wrong. I hope she's not really dead!
