i dont think im specifically doing it to make it painful but for a while now i hv to add a bunch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce to whatever im eating esp meals i hv at home n cant avoid idk it's a craving and also partially a like if it's super hot n i hv no choice but to eat it i just like kinda try to eat it fast to get it down or idk it at least makes the xp stimulating or smth lol idk but now food without a lot of pepper is like so deeply unappetizing but my pepper tolerance has also grown so i hv to put a lot more to get the same effects lolI can't eat things I 'enjoy' without making them somehow painful (ie adding the uber strong habanero tabasco to it or mega hot chilli flakes or chucking in bits of scotch bonnet)
So these go into things I actually like to eat, such as cauliflower cheese (essentially cauliflower with primula Light), ryvita with light laughing Cow triangles, cheese and toast (again with lc triangle) etc all need to be so hot they hurt to eat 🙄🙄🙄
