Mine is: No calories allowed before I hit 30000 steps for the day

Mine is: i have to cut up all of the apple, veggies etc that i will use before i can put it on my plate. (its more of an ocd-compulsion but its linked w my anorexia)

Not eating before 2pm, no idea why it's that time in particular but it's a rule🙈

I can't eat things I 'enjoy' without making them somehow painful (ie adding the uber strong habanero tabasco to it or mega hot chilli flakes or chucking in bits of scotch bonnet)

So these go into things I actually like to eat, such as cauliflower cheese (essentially cauliflower with primula Light), ryvita with light laughing Cow triangles, cheese and toast (again with lc triangle) etc all need to be so hot they hurt to eat 🙄🙄🙄

i dont think im specifically doing it to make it painful but for a while now i hv to add a bunch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce to whatever im eating esp meals i hv at home n cant avoid idk it's a craving and also partially a like if it's super hot n i hv no choice but to eat it i just like kinda try to eat it fast to get it down or idk it at least makes the xp stimulating or smth lol idk but now food without a lot of pepper is like so deeply unappetizing but my pepper tolerance has also grown so i hv to put a lot more to get the same effects lol

ive been trying to replace chocolate with a tiny bit of pb (less than a tsp) or nothing. i mean i eat chocolate moderately n within my cal allowance but idk im still trying to wean it off for a bit

usually only real change is some sort of new addition to long list of pointless tasks I have to do in order to earn main meal in evening. don't have OCD, neurotic stuff just gets worse more restrictive/lower I am, they just kind of creep in w/o me noticing as subconscious way to postpone. and now we're at little over 2 hours of stupid shit

latest thing is requirement to wipe down main doorknobs bc god forbid I touch door handle before eating + someone else touched it 9 hrs ago w microscopic particles of food on hands I guess

Walk at least 5 miles (in a day). Kind of trying to make that a rule right now. The numbers are too varied , sometimes I’ll take a rest day or walk 2 miles. I need to see more weight loss. 5 is fine, 5 is good.

and sticking to veganism. And forcing myself to suppress all -wild- cravings late at night. No no no no! Nothing! Not one thought. And no negative self /surface thoughts with that is something new. Just erase and move on.

Eat protein, at least 50g per day. Preferably 75g+. I don’t always manage this though.

electrolytes! I’m trying to be better at taking potassium and magnesium. I don’t want another fucking admission

hydration. I’ve have some stage 1 AKIs and I need to hydrate more.

taking vitamins and supplements (don’t always manage )

lose the weight I gained in hospital

If the question was for me:
Idk honestly. Sometimes I get this weird nervous energy when I'm fasting. I'm tired but wired if that makes sense? And I drink lots of coffee. I feel too guilty if I eat before I have completed my daily step goal. It is extremely disordered and I don't recommend. There is no real benefit.

If it doesn’t taste good cold, it won’t taste good hot
I just feel like I can physically feel the calories in cold foods, it helps me determine what is and isn’t worth it

Hour of cardio minimum everyday. Doesn't have to be the same activity and can be spread out. Possible new rule is burning a minimum of 200cal a day while doing the cardio. Manageable for now, at least.

No more food after 7:30pm
Lowered my high restriction intake limit to 1200
Increased activity goal to 1hr walking daily minimum, and an hour of any type of strenuous activity
Only liquid calories allowed 3 days a week to keep suspicion down as well as ‘wasted calories’
High protein diet- must have protein with absolutely everything so I can maintain muscle mass
18:6 intermittent fast everyday
