Do you guys allow yourselves some cream and sugar in your coffee?

It's so calorific but I just can't drink black coffee.

How I take my coffee is indicative of whether I'm in the grasp of my ED. When I'm 'normal', I always use halh-and-half in my coffee. When I'm 'acting on symptoms', I take my coffee black.

I use two sachets sweetener, a splash of diluted milk (I literally keep adding water to it and a bottle lasts forever) and 1/4 tsp brown sugar. I'm so unused to sugar that it's enough to taste very sweet.

I just drink it black without sugar cause I quite like the taste of it, but if I want some milk I'll use a little splash of almond milk

I hate black coffee. I put in 1 packet of Equal and sometimes a splash of half and half. About 10 calories worth for a 16oz tumbler. I figure I burn off those calories breathing so I don't worry about it. And it makes my coffee taste so much better to me.

Lol that apparently touched a nerve.

Go and drink your coffee with pure fat, by all means, and maybe look into hyperbolic humour whilst you're at it.
I don't have cream in my coffee, that is not the point. Personally it does not sound appealing, but you don't see me calling everyone else a weirdo. Btw you can be humorous without insulting people.
