✰ yoga 11 mins
the bad news is that i still haven't overcome my binging problem, but the good news is that I'm not sick anymore ^^

my tasks for this week long fast
ʚ at least 10k steps every day ɞ
ʚ 1 hour of studying ɞ
ʚ sleep at least 7 hours ɞ
ʚ yoga every day 30 mins ɞ
✮ task was achieved ✰ task wasn't achieved
Be careful doing that much exercise esp towards the end of the week when I fast I tend to go easier on myself if possible and I’ve never fainted (I think probably because I’ve always had this mentality)

thank you for worrying^^
I've already done week long fasts before and know my limits, so if i feel awful, i just sleep away to my hearts content with the mentality of who cares about exercise and I'm as good as new👍

hello everyone, i'm restarting the challenge after several failures ^^';
my mental state is in an even worse state, but fasting makes it easier for my mind
this time i don't have any set rules, anyone is welcome to join
