Be careful doing that much exercise esp towards the end of the week when I fast I tend to go easier on myself if possible and I’ve never fainted (I think probably because I’ve always had this mentality)my tasks for this week long fast
ʚ at least 10k steps every day ɞ
ʚ 1 hour of studying ɞ
ʚ sleep at least 7 hours ɞ
ʚ yoga every day 30 mins ɞ
