I'm seeing things that seem too good to be true, like peanut butter, fruit spreads, salad dressing & even coffee creamer. Have y'all seen these products? I searched reviews but couldn't trust them, so I'm asking here because y'all know where my real concerns are.
Anyone tried these things enough to tell us about them?

Walden Farms products taste like shit. But, it's just for low cal and basic flavor. So, it's okay. And the calories are minimal, under 5 kcal per serving, which is why it can say 0 according to US law (in other countries, you have to state the correct calories regardless).

It would take A LOT of Walden Farms products to cause to gain weight, so I wouldn't worry about that.

What kind of artificial sweetener do they use? Some cause some gassy issues and diarrhea if you eat too much and if they've got peanut butter and stuff like that I feel like it's gonna cause problems after a few good servings

I haven't tried the peanut butter or jelly, but all the salad dressings and coffe creamers taste the same. Like seriously sweet. I don't like any of the salad dressings or mayo. But I can tolerate the mocha coffee creamer. Never had any loose stools or gas from them. But personally if something gave me diarrhea I'd probably eat it just for that...lol...

I've tried the alfredo pasta sauce, the tomato pasta sauce and the chocolate/peanut spread... No matter how hungry I was or how badly I wanted to restrict, I just couldn't eat it. The alfredo tastes and smells like vomit, the tomato made me unwell for a day after trying it, and the spread has this horrible after-taste that will make you gag every time you exhale. Seriously, it's not worth the money.

Tips for other foods that are low calorie, but satisfying that I switched to instead are:

Aspargus

Mushrooms

Shirataki noodles

Tomatoes

Lean turkey ham

Confecta hot chocolate drink

Cabbage

Oats with skimmed milk

Don't try the pb.
Coffee creamer ok
Pancake syrup kinda good
Haven't tried fruit spreads

If you were eating "normally" you'd probably consider them all disgusting and radther use 20 cals on some good creamer, but if ur scared of too many calories or ur eating really low, some of these taste fine if ur desperate lol

the pancake syrup is okay, i like it with bananas in my oatmeal

i also tried the chocolate syrup but i'm not a fan of it.. i'd rather put a bit of nutella in my oatmeal and enjoy it than put that crap lmao
