I was maintain 35.4kg for a few months, but over the past month or 2, my weights been 35.7-36. Haven’t changed what I ate so I don’t understand why.
My bowel movements have been every 2-4 days, but even when I weight just after going, my weight still doesn’t FULLY go back down to what it was.
So do I cut cals to 800, or continue eating 1000-1100 which is what I’ve been eating since April/may to maintain
