I think i'm fine really because i haven't lost that much weight, but i used to be able to sit in a hot bath for over an hour and be fine. I took a bath and barely made it fifteen minutes. thought it would be relaxing but apparently not. my entire body is just pounding. it feels like every part of me has a pulse. I'm okay though, just weird especially since today i had a small binge   i ate chocolates that were probably in total 300 calories. other than that the rest of my food stayed under 250. I still feel really guilty.

This happens to me a lot, because of a drop in blood sugar mixed with dehydration. Usually happens with an extra hot bath, be careful fainting spells and the bath come hand in hand I'm afraid!

Drink some water and cool off and you should feel better real soon x

is it ana related? I'm not really sure because my friend who does have ed said she sometimes felt a but weak after very hot baths, but she said she didn't feel the pulsing.

I felt like i could barely walk from the bathroom to my room...

this happens to me too  the pulse thing makes me feel weird lol

That happens to me a lot due to dysautonomia. It's blood pressure/electrolytes.

Rinsing off in cool water and drinking gatorade helps.

I think it sounds like your blood pressure became elevated. Hot tubs and hot baths can cause this.

dehydration. please drink some water. right now.

this happens to me and it makes me terrified to shower.

i have fainted before in the tub. i shake, my fingers curl up, i can barely see... 30 minutes later i wake up and see in tunnel vision, jaw shaking... shit is fucking awful.

i really hate showering now. i fucking despise it. i wish i didn't have to. it has a grip on me to the point i'm constantly aware of the signs of it while i shower. showering gives me insane anxiety.
and this is whether i'm 105 lbs or 125 lbs.

drink some water, get into a cool environment and relax.

idk what causes it, but i know for me it's dehydration. can NOT take a shower after i wake up as a result of this. i have to drink water before and after.
