chamomile has a really subtle flavour, its mildly good for sleep, if you have any sleeping issues though id reccomend a blend of chamomile and valerian

peppermint is my favorite tea and i drink it A LOT because its one of the only teas i enjoy and i have most other teas in combination with it

expensive options (reccomend perhaps if youre very picky like myself and you want to treat yourself)
vanilla rooibos tea or cocoa bean tea. they taste very good but they tend to be rarer and pricier

I recommend black tea, white tea and some fruit teas like berries, peach, lemon, etc!!

I have the lemon loaf tea. I add sweetener to it. It’s supposed to taste like lemon cake. It doesn’t. It smells like it. And after you drink it, it feels like maybe you had it lol. Good enough for me.

Brewing a cinnamon tea & licorice root tea together is my favorite before bed.
Cranberry tea is also very good, very fruity/semi-sour flavor. I like to brew that with a green tea sachet and add lemon.
Elderflower is also underrated:)
I got this yummy wedding cake flavor of rooibos tea on my last return to NOLA. Super good with a splash of sugar-free coconut creamer. Half the fun in teas is there is so many types, flavors, and benefits so you have endless fun in finding new ones and trying them out :)

I love chai, peppermint, rooibos, throat comfort tea by Yogi, and a ginger/lemon tea. I want to try a new tea flavor each month or so to find the ones that I love the most. I do not add anything to them, no sugar, milk, etc. Right now, since I am sick with a sore throat, I am sipping on the throat comfort tea throughout the day.

I cannot do green tea but my mom can drink it. Even a sip makes my feet and legs swell up so badly that I cannot wear shoes or walk. It lasts for 3 days, and I am miserable. So my suggestion is to try one tea at a time. See how your body reacts to it before going on to another brand/flavor.

I prefer herbal teas and for that I like celestial seasonings brand, they have so many options from chamomile, peppermint, fruit teas, and even a sugar cookie inspired one. (they also have environmentally friendly packaging) For caffeinated tea I like Bigelow green tea with mint, earl grey, and vanilla chai
