Anyone done 10k steps a day w 1k calories? If so what bmi did you start w and how long did it take to reach a lower bmi?

Not sure what constitutes my personal "start", ive been ed for 25yrs and AN-R dx/uw for 7

If i define it, I would say in the last 3 years I've reached my absolute lowest

Not counting calories officially but if I go back through my logs and tally up the numbers by eyeball, I'm probably averaging around 1000-1200. I get in anywhere from 6k to 15k steps a day. My weight typically stalls for a few days, then drops down. My SW doing this was 105 ish literally a week ago and I'm 102.6 now. I'm 5'0.
