I weigh 49 kgs now but I still look fat especially my thighs. I am 167cm so i am not even that short… do I just have to keep on losing or is there anything else I could do extra? I an eating a lot of junk food and I just stay below 1000 cal, is that the problem?

The problem is not junk food the problem is your eating disorder telling you you’re fat because it wants you to keep losing weight. You are not fat in any way, to help with this feeling I’d recommend just considering your weight percentile. You weigh less than the majority of people for your height and age
