I'm throwing up (some bug) and every time I drink anything I just throw it up. (Along with food but I'm not eating lol) so should I go to the hospital for an IV??

You need to sip very small amounts of water, too big sips will have you throw up. Don't drink plain water. Add electrolytes to your water so you can replenish your salts.

You should definitely go. They can give you medication at the hospital to stop you vomiting and if it works and you can keep fluids down you may not need an IV. Dehydration can make your organs fail and kill you if you keep throwing up and not getting enough electrolytes and water. 3 Days is the average a person can live without water and that's without throwing up. Please get medical help ASAP.

When I seizured I had to get an iv, made me feel quite sick. If you feel really ill you defintly should for your own safety as noone on MPA wants you to get hurt. Keep safe <3 and I hope the bug goes away soon :)

Can you keep any food down? If you can't keep liquids down, there are some foods that are low calorie and mainly consist of water.

Cucumber(96.7% water)

Iceberg lettuce(95.6%)

Celery(95.4%)

Radishes(95.3%)

Tomatoes(94.5%)

Green peppers(93.9%)

Cauliflower(92.1%)

Watermelon(91.5%)

Spinach(91.4%)

Star fruit(91.4%)

Strawberries(91%)

Broccoli(90.7%)

Grapefruit(90.5%)

Baby carrots(90.4%)

Cantaloupe(90.2%)

They're all low calorie, so don't worry and eat up!

Hope you feel better soon. x
