955 cals
♡10k steps
--
ate 600 cals for lunch impulsively then a smaller dinner to curb hunger pangs. i need to realize that lunch omad doesn't work for me because i end up dizzy by dinner anyways and eating more than 300 cals in one sitting makes me feel like shit.

1,670 cals today... ate 900 cals for breakfast then didn't have the control to skip dinner. absolutely devastating how i let myself go like that today. Lesson moving forward: Dinner should be the biggest meal of the day so always start with a small first meal less than 300 or 400 calories!

Exercise: walked 13k steps and rode my bike for 45 minutes

cals: around 3,500 (estimated)

binged today triggered by eating out with family. i could have said no to dessert. i could have stopped eating once we got home. but the guilt overcame me as well as the "fuck it i ruined today i am a failure and i will fast tomorrow to make up for this, might as well binge" mindset came over me. this mindset is so illogical.

trigger: eating out made me feel fat so i said "fuck it ill binge"
next time: if i eat out, i will eat a little. even if i am slightly over my daily limit it will be okay. i will not panic. i will not gain weight. i will not plan on compensating for the extra cals. i will move on with my regular routine and not overthink about what i just ate.
