some look pretty good and deserve to be shared with those who do not speak moonpanese russian. i'll dump them in this thread every so often.

diet: 14 day extreme

weight loss: around 20 lbs

day 1: green tea, no sugar.

day 2: 4 cups plain kefir.

day 3: water fast.

day 4: 1 apple.
day 5: 4 cups plain 1% milk.
day 6: green tea, no sugar.
day 7: 4 cups plain 1% milk.

day 8: 2 apples.

day 9: 1 liter plain kefir.

day 10: 2 cucumbers.

day 11: green tea, no sugar.
day 12: 1 liter plain 1% milk.
day 13: 3 apples.
day 14: water fast.

i don't like that the cucumbers and apples aren't really well-defined. i'm going to test this, anyway, and i'll go with granny smith and english cucumbers (the long kind you use as dildo substitutes).

diet: 3-food
weight loss: from 1/2 to 3 pounds a day (assuming one has plenty of excess weight to lose)

one must follow this menu every day until the desired result is achieved (or one gets sick of oatmeal).
every 3rd day one may add 3 cups of vegetables for variety, so long as they are not seasoned with oil and excessive salt.

breakfast:
- oatmeal (1/4 cup dry) made with water, no oil, no sugar, a pinch of salt is allowed.
- 2 apples.
lunch:
- oatmeal (1/4 cup dry) made with water, no oil, a pinch of salt and one teaspoon sugar is allowed.
- 3 apples.
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese.
dinner:
- 4 apples.
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese.

weight loss: around 10 lbs

day 1: 1 liter plain 1% milk or plain kefir, your choice.

day 2: 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese; 5 servings of your choice of fruit.

day 3: water fast.

day 4: 4 medium baked potatoes, no fixings, no salt; 5 servings of your choice of fruit.
day 5: 5 apples.
day 6: 7 ounces of your choice of low-fat protein; 5 servings of your choice of fruit.
day 7: 1 liter plain 1% milk or plain kefir, your choice.

another rather flexible one. you are welcome to interchange servings of fruit with servings of vegetables.

day 2: 1/2 cup cottage cheese; 1 cup plain kefir.

day 4: 14 ounces of your choice of low-fat protein.
day 5: 4 apples.
day 6: 2 cups plain kefir; 3 medium baked potatoes, no fixings.
day 7: 2 cups plain kefir.

day 8: 7 ounces of your choice of low-fat protein; 1 hard-boiled egg; 2 medium tomatoes.

day 9: 2 apples; 4 ounces of your choice of low-fat protein; 1 cup of your choice of vegetables with a tablespoon of olive oil.

day 10: 2 apples; 4 ounces of your choice of low-fat protein; 2 slices of bread.

day 11: 2 hard-boiled eggs; 4 ounces of your choice of low-fat protein; 4 slices of bread.
day 12: 3 medium baked potatoes, no fixings; 2 cups plain kefir; as many apples as you want, but no more than 5
day 13: 6 ounces of your choice of low-fat protein; 2 medium cucumbers; 2 hard-boiled eggs.
day 14: 4 medium baked potatoes, no fixings; 2 apples.

if you haven't noticed, russians really love potatoes.

diet: anorexic nymph
weight loss: 10-15 lbs

day 1: as soon as you wake up, run to the kitchen. don't stuff your face, though - take a lemon. cut it in half, and squeeze all the juice, every single drop, into a cup. top it up with boiling water, and there's your breakfast. what, you wanted more? this is how models lose weight, just so you know! throughout the day drink plenty of water, black coffee. you may even have green tea with milk. see, it's not so bad.
day 2: for breakfast today you'll have black coffee and a cup of cottage cheese. plain, fat-free cottage cheese. what, you don't like it? just think of it as a culinary masterpiece. make everything pretty - pour your coffee into a bright cup, put your cottage cheese on a small, elegant plate. hey, the more time you spend on making things nice, the less time you spend on eating. your lunch will be a grapefruit and a slice of cheese, and your dinner will be a cup of kefir.
day 3: in the morning, drink as much black coffee as you can hold and go about your daily life. for lunch, you will have a most delicious apple, and for dinner, another cupful of refreshing, healthy, satisfying kefir. and of course nobody is forbidding you from drinking... plenty of water, that is.
day 4: darling, you're going to have a feast today! i'm letting you eat three squares of dark chocolate with your black coffee for breakfast. for lunch, have some pineapple slices - it's an excellent fat-burner, i hear - but mind your portions. take a small plate - the slices that you can fit in a single layer on it are yours. for dinner you'll have your old friend, the cup of kefir. or are you tired of it?
day 5: repeat the ritual with the lemon i made you do the first day - there's your breakfast. for lunch you may have one banana, and for dinner, in addition to the kefir, you may have an apple.
day 6: in the morning you'll have black coffee and an apple. in the afternoon, a grapefruit. and in the evening... in the evening you will brush your teeth, drink some water, and go straight to bed. you're not having dinner today.
day 7: repeat our lemon ritual one last time in the morning. for lunch you may have a sandwich - a slice of whole-grain bread and some low-fat cheese. i think you miss food by now. for dinner, have a cup of kefir.
day 8: did i forget to tell you that it's very important to wait until today to weigh yourself? in the morning, step on the scale - you should've lost at least 10-15 pounds.

day 31: 1 small bottle of immunity yogurt (like danactive or actimel)
day 32: 4 cucumbers

any days not listed are a strict water fast - you are only allowed water on these days, not even 0 cal drinks, only water.

to me, this is better than the abc diet because instead of leaving the calorie planning to you, it tells you exactly what you may eat. there is flexibility with the juice, but that's about it. my favorite kind of diet, really

I would try one of those but I'm afraid that it will cause me to yoyo diet and i am forced to eat some days so idk... i really want to lose 10kg and keep it off though but i am so depressed lately. I hate it i can't get myself together. I don't want an ED or to be anorexic but i just want to be skinny like some kpop stars...

Hey, does anyone here speaks Russian and can translate what this Instagram page is all about.
The results on there are insane but I don't know what she is doing with her clients because I don't understand a single word.

Apparently she makes personalized diet and exercise plans, that's all I can deduce. Also, she gained 20kg just to show that can lose them again
