So I know you won't be able to tell me how much I'll lose or anything I'm not foolish. I was just wondering what kind of results you've had running for around 30 minutes daily and only eating about 500 calories.

What kind of results might I get? Will weight loss be sped up a lot or just a little? I've lost 15 pounds in the last month just restricting on 500 but I'm wondering if I'll lose faster on the same calories plus cardio.

Any advice/ personal stories/ whatever is accepted

Thank you to all who reply♥

Exercising always helps!

I did something similar and I dropped weight REALLY fast (like 20 lbs in a month and a half), but I will say that I could only keep it up about that long before going on a massive b/p haha. But yes, you absolutely will lose more while exercising.
