rules;
  • 1,200 calories per day
  • 10 minutes of exercise {or more} per day
  • vitamins count towards the total
  • use canola//vegetable//olive oil instead of butter in all circumstances
  • i have to be able to fit into my back to school dress better by august 1st
  • cut carbs to low amounts
  • try to use y2k, 90s, and video game thinspo as much as possible rather than random google thinspo
