Realistically, am I actually in danger of fainting/dizziness?

I'd like to water-fast for the next three days with electrolyte-enhanced waters....

I weigh (ugh) 195 pounds right now at 5' 7", so I am quite a far cry from being underweight lol

Just like I get stressed out going under 1200 calories because everyone screams how dangerous it is, I also get stressed out at the idea of not eating at all because people tend to scream that it'll make you too dizzy to function or you'll faint in the middle of the floor.

Guess I'm looking for reassurance here from anyone who has actually gone more than a day water fasting. How do you feel? I mean, I get the hunger part (though I know that should fade after a couple days), but did you ever feel concerned about passing out, being light-headed, or dizzy?

Oops, forgot to add: I stand up all day for my job and move around a little bit, though on slower days like today it's mostly just standing at the desk.

Fainting no, but your blood sugar could drop and you could get dizzy.
My blood sugar is just a nightmare to regulate and I do faint because of it, but there's no reason for you to be fainting unless you start like, heavy cardio for multiple hours a day with water fasting. Even then it's questionable.

My advice is: don't fast for 3 days the first time. If you're not used to eat less than 1200 kcal (btw, keep avoiding restricting lower. I'm your same height and 1200 kcal is far from what you'd need to mantain) you're going to feel very bad. Especially if you have to stand up a lot. Try one single day first. See how it goes, if you're too dizzy, if you binge after that... if both answers are no, then you can try a longer fast.
Also, if you're feeling like you're going to pass out or something, eat! A piece of fruit is fine. Better having like 100 kcal rather than feeling sick, fainting etc
