I’ll start, here is my weekly grocery shopping lol. We didn’t need lots this time, also I hate milk except in coffee but the rest of my family drinks it like crazy 😭 the rice cakes, raspberries, and Diet Coke are the few things I can eat without too much anxiety so I stocked up!

LOL thanks 😂 I didn’t want anyone to see and recognize my kitchen as I feel some people I know might! I know some are on here 😭😂

Those rice cakes look so so good:love::love: are they low cal or do they just taste like heaven?

Okay they taste AMAZING and they are 60 cals per 15 pieces so not bad! My faves are the birthday cake ones and smores ones I don’t like the berry ones but I highly recommend just don’t buy too many so I can have some too :ROFLMAO:

Oh wow 😍 ugh I searched and we don’t have them in Ireland, and shipping alone is €80?!?! I’m so jealous, enjoy the s’mores ones for me please 🙈

Sticking to easy and safe foods until I get past exam season. I made waffles today and froze them for later :)

Wait you can pre make your own waffles and freeze them for later? Instead of buying like egos and crap? I could make protein low cal waffles and FREEZE THEM FOR LATER????? How long until they go bad? This is so smart because I could never finish the amount the recipe makes

Would it be okay to PM you about this? I have some "what do you eat in a day/how long does a haul like this last you?" Having eaten basically the same few things on rotation for every meal since COVID, I'm at this point struggling to conceptualize what other people (people with EDs included) consider meals/a grocery run/etc. I absolutely understand if you don't want to share or talk about this, I know it's prying and EDs/food conversations can be triggering.

This is just a good grocery pic I found from this thread that would fit well with my questions, since it's not mostly energy drinks. :D

Didn't realize we have a new thread! Following & bookmarking this one instead 😊 my last haul. I've been hyperfixated on this cereal as a yogurt topper for months. My partner bought me 5 boxes so I don't run out 💜

I feel this. I “bulk” buy food that isn’t fruit and veg. Well, the food I actually eat aka rice cake type crap because I know I will eat it eventually lol. It’s not major bulk buying but considerable for one person! I do this with cereal too! Specifically cheerios and any sort of granola type cereal so same vibe. They are safe and I need it on hand for when I do eat 😂

i love getting up early for the reduced section. 80p for the green beans!
bought a refill bag of coffee because for 150g it came out to better value. i took ages picking a brand because fuck nestle but nescafé is the only instant coffee that i know i like and the rest are just as expensive (and most owned by nestle??). my coffee machine is amazing but it only makes nice coffee for lattes and i’m saving calories where i can since im eating calorie dense foods.

Some hospital provisions for my Dad. They have him on a high protein/low carb/diabetic diet while he's in the hospital, despite him not being diabetic. (It's a weird post-op thing). He absolutely hates it, and hates the hospital food. Little did he know, his crazy OCD/ED daughter has prepared for YEARS for this exact thing to occur.
