Awe I’m sorry you don’t have them! For the pizza I just use a gluten free Schar pizza crust. I use 1/2 cup of pizza sauce, 2 slices of mozarella cheese broken up all over the pizza, chives, pepperoni. 370 calories for half of the pizza the way I make it. And for the rice krispy treats here is the recipe! 😊 I didn’t use the food coloring for mine.

Lunch was left over soup, which I counted as 100. I think that’s about right.

Dinner was skinny pasta with roasted veggies (no oil) and 125g 1% fat cottage cheese (156) and some chili powder. With a side salad of 183g cucumbers and 53g bell peppers (33).

Makes the day’s total 395. Tomorrow is planned for under 300. Hoping this week I stick to plan a bit better!

omg at the ensure😍 was it good? the max brand is nasty, too milk tasting for me…
its pretty good! its not too strong in the protein flavor and it isn't bitter either, personally i like it but i suggest you drink a lot of water before you drink it

Hello!! I feel awful mentally and physically atm, I purge my OMAD every day and all because of my on and off boyfriend just disappearing.. (I made a post about it on sex and relationships if anyone is interested i guess lol). I am extremely dizzy and weak): I tried to carry the baked oats into my room but because I purge so much i passed out and the sprinkles on top of it were all over the place
Birthday cake baked oats, Frozen grapes with some like sour powder and Gerbers plant based baby food and the new cola(672cals in total)

Happy Sunday! Hope everyone is doing well :)

I was about to break my never-ending binge streak today but my C-PTSD ripped into my dreamworld last night and gave me a re-experience through a nightmare 😩. So I woke up feeling broken into a thousand pieces 🥴. I also somehow lost a little bit of weight due to the effects from the laxatives I think, so that’s great but also weird considering the copieus amounts of food I had in the last weeks 🤔🙂


Todays food:
  1. Tasty lard cutlets with highly concentrated garlic sauce
  2. Spicy spare ribs
  3. Baked tomatoes with mozzarella
  4. Magnum Almond, they’re not in the pic but I ate the entire box, 6x magnums 🤭😌
  5. Fried Kimchi dumplings with soy sauce 😍
  6. Juicy & tender medium rare steak
  7. Organic full-fat yoghurt with grapefruit 😋

Boring day didn't do much. Also still maintaining which is frustrating 😩
Anyways today's food

Cottage cheese with sweeteners and cinnamon and some winter apple flavored low fat quark yogurt cream

Tea and broth twice

Crackers and exquisa yogurt cream cheese (one cracker less than pictured I took one too much whoops)

Less than half of this protein bar. It's really growing on me I think I like it now haha

Few gummies and one piece of chocolate

Oh and 5 g of biscoff spread lmao

kofu is like tofu but made from chickpeas (it's from a german brand and the german word for chickpea starts with k (kichererbsen)), it doesn't have as much protein as tofu has but it's also lower in calories and I really like the texture

Ah OMG that sounds absolutely amazing 😍 I didn't even think it could come from Kichererbsen lmao what a clever name 😅 I don't really like tofu but I love Kichererbsen so I think I'll try these. What's the name of the brand?

yeah haha, i do this thing where i toast bread and then mash bananas on top of it: very nice warm thing!
rana's a treat indeed 🥟 and yes haha, eating basically every fruit skin on - except for like bananas and citrus ofc, lytchees obviously... fruits actually have more vitamins right under their skins! (but more pesticides also)
the veggie patty was okay, but not so so worth buying to my opinion. happyvore fake chicken tho was INSANE?! like legit the flavor and texture is unreal as it's exactly like the real deal??!! if i didn't knew, i would think it's actual chicken! and the ingredients are not a pile of dirty shit to reach that result... mind-blowing, 1000% recommend!

Also I knew that apples have more vitamins in the skin but I didn't know it was the same with other fruits too so good to know!
OMG sounds incredible 😍 I love finding good vegan alternatives that actually taste like they're supposed to taste like. Glad you enjoyed it 😊

omg thank you i think the bunny cake was almond coconut shortbreat with white chocolate cream and little chocolate popping candies and the other one was pistachio raspberry? not sure though, because i grabbed them really quickly and the description was only in danish, so i took whatever looked good they were so delicious, i left some for my bf too, because he definitely deserved!! can’t wait to pop the champagne, i tried 2008 previously and it was spectacular too bad it’s so expensive, i am just hoping he didn’t pay too much getting it at duty free haha

finally started watching the last of us, series adaptation, last night. literally so good wtf? wasn't expecting it to be that respectful towards the game, but damn it's good!! had been a long time since i shed tears in front of a movie / series… and episode 3 made me cry like a baby. it's just spectacular: the acting, the dialogues, the lack-there-of (on purpose)… if you have any chance of accessing it, do yourself a favor and enjoy this beauty 🤌✨
today was an absolute blast food-wise, cooked for myself like a damn chef!! 🤌✨ made improvised pancakes this morning, they were so good! (tho fragile haha) and o m g the chinese cabbage cooked with an orange?!?!! this combo was incredible! 100% recommend ✓

The pastries were yum, but I ended up binging on them (oopsie) and since they were coated in sugar they wrecked my mouth haha 🥲
The mango is just dried mango! Idk how exactly to describe the flavour, it’s quite sweet, not my fav but apparently still bingeable

Oh I love dried mango 🥰🥰 Imo dried fruit is addictive definitely bingeable lmao

Wasn't gonna take pics today but mom wanted to go to a restaurant & I found a 330cal option! 6oz sirloin steak, avocado & asparagus. No bready side which was comforting.
I ate about 3/4th of steak, some asparagus & 1 avocado slice, I logged it as ~248cals

Finally I am here to post my foods from yesterday. I have had a very busy day today, and right now, 8:30 pm my time, is the first I've been able to get on my computer. Food yesterday was good though, and I'm excited to share what I had!

For breakfast I had raspberries and bananas. On the bananas is a peanut butter sauce that I made. It is very simple, but and it kept me from using too much peanut butter at one time. Basically, I just took a tablespoon of peanut butter and added warm water to it, stirring, and adding more water little by little until it was a consistency I liked. It still tasted wonderfully peanut butter-y, and was only 95 cals!

Additional picture of the daffodils growing outside my house. They are so pretty right now, and I love going outside to see how they are doing. I could spend all my time outdoors, honestly.

For lunch I had another one of those shaken espressos from Starbucks. This one was the Iced Chocolate Almond Milk Shaken Espresso again. I love them so much. Genuinely was going to get another one of those today, but we ended up not being able to stop at a Starbucks.

I had another pickle for a snack. The half-sours really are a league above normal pickles. They have such a good crunch, and the brine-y taste is perfect.

For dinner, I spoiled myself (and my best friend, who we had over). We had mussels in a garlic and white wine sauce, which I am using on the side to dip the mussels into. We also had some White Zinfandel wine. I treat myself to wine very rarely, so it definitely felt like a fancy occasion.

Today's food was a lot more hectic and unplanned, and it's going to be like that for a few days. But I will update y'all tomorrow with all that. I hope you have a nice day!
