hi guys, haven't posted on here in a while as things have been super hectic in real life, lost my mother so haven't been keeping up as much as i'd like to. i love you guys & i hope i can be more active again 💝💝
anyways - food today
unpictured: half of an apple fritter (300), 2x pepsi 0, & a black cherry vanilla bang.

lunch: slightly roasted broccoli, red onion, & carrot, some fresh cucumber, & some very very unauthentic tzatziki (bottom plate is mine, only 99 cals including the tzatziki!!!)

yogurt bowl snack: some nonfat cream cheese, around 100g vanilla oikos, exactly 1g pbfit :ROFLMAO:, half a packet of splenda, 2 crushed up mini pretzels, & some sf choc chips! (163 calories)

dinner: chili w/ lowfat mozzarella & lowfat sour cream. had some saltines on the side. (estimating at 600 calories?)

and for dessert i finally tried the peanut butter cup halo top! i think its alright, i probably wouldn't buy it again but ill definitely eat the rest of the pint. i think having half a serving and adding some sf chocolate chips would be better! (110 calories)

for dinner i made a 140cal sandwich of just ham(yes, that sounds depressing as hell bc no mayo or mustard, not even cheese, but i love plain foods omg) plus a sugar free ginger ale thats 10cal and my grandma made me eat some salad but im quite picky so i only ate da carrots and strawberries i wanna be safe so im assuming its around 20cal

make sure 2 hydrate.. hydrate well.. and hydrate enough or else... water is so good for u and u need it to live and even helps with weight loss and helps your body do basic functions!! cya tomorrow most likely!!

Maintained today guess better than gaining
My mom made turkey roast today and she let me have some of it so I'll probably BP it on Monday. I absolutely love her roasts and it smells absolutely heavenly I know it looks ugly but I swear it's good haha

Today's food

Mix of apple flavored quark yogurt cream and some slightly higher fat cottage cheese (had to recycle the picture because my phone deleted it on its own WTF)

Tea and broth twice

Crackers and exquisa yogurt cream cheese

Part of this chocolate cookies protein bar and part of the no whey protein bar from yesterday. I figured I didn't get sick from it so it's probably not expired I think I'm just not used to these sand consistency vegan protein bars lmao

Is the no whey bar good? I'm vegan and still searching for alternatives to protein bars and the store right next to my house has these bars but I'm yet to try them..

lots of pics today hehe. FUCK I FEEL FAT. i took a lax this morning which i normally don’t do bc i wanna wait until i’m skinner again. but i’ve been like not “normal” BM-wise for a few days now and it’s really starting to upset me.
breakfast was honestly sm. started the morning with a greek yogurt bowl with 10g almond butter, strawberries, half a small banana and a mixed berry greek yogurt w/ banana almond milk (~197). then i had half a smores quest bar and had a homemade brown sugar banana almondmilk espresso (~220). mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and pecans), as well as some peanut butter and dark chocolate chips/chopped dates. also had baby food and whipped cream with strawberries/banana and vitamin gummies/sf gum (~240). made my own little version of overnight oats with banana, strawberries, cinnamon oat granola, almond milk and greek yogurt (~288).





morning snack/lunch: 1 cup of banana almond milk, unpictured (80). whip cream (60). metabolism gummy (10) peanut butter (140?). baby food (30?) strawberry greek yogurt (48) / goldfish (24)

i just went through like 10 pages so i think i'm all caught up and a little inspired. i hope everyone's well today c: i went to a market and got some goodies! everything is vegan <3 a lot of it was cheap/free stuff from the end of the day. from left to right we have donuts, a cookie, a cinnamon roll, custard, chocolate and cinnamon croissants and a veggie gozleme

Hiya guys! Sorry for being inactive all weekend. Literally fasted for four days just so I could have an Indian meal on Friday night and it gave me food poisoning, actually gonna kms right now.

so the last two days intake has been low, don’t even know what I’ve kept down.

my stomach is in so much pain right now, so todays intake has been two lucozade sports (120 calories)

hope everyone’s had a good weekend <3

hi guys:) didnt post last night bc i stayed over w a love interest!!! somehow didnt mention the fact that i barely eat (phew) so that was good. but anyways yesterday's food. i didnt want to do a full on maintenance day bc my tdee is like 2400 and i didnt want to eat THAT much bc i gained like 4lbs of water weight from it last time. so i did a bmr day instead. i ran on the treadmill and burned around 230kcals and my bmr is around 1500 so i allowed myself around 1700. i went over it too bc i wanted a bag of popcorn, but it ended up not being too much. i barely gained when i got back and weighed this morning.

breakfast: plain cinnamon raisin bagel from trader joe's (280), serving of swedish muchies ice cream from n!cks (110), tj's hasbrown (110); (500)

today was rather dull for me; i mostly just did schoolwork but this afternoon i got my belly button pierced!!! ill include a pic at the bottom.

breakfast was this new cereal i got called catalina crunch. it was kinda gross but only 110 kcals and it has a shit ton of protein so i am NOT complaining. (110)

Then i really really wanted dessert. i didnt binge but i did have a good bit. i had a whole pint of halo top peaches and cream (DELICIOUS btw) (330) and 15 of trader joes dark chocolate orange sticks which are insanely high calories (360). i only took a picture of the 5 of them below.

lunch: chicken meatballs, baby corn and a mini kinder chocolate (baby corn turned out to be nasty, only had one piece)

snack: popsicle+ kinder chocolate

dinner: more meatballs, the same chicken lettuce wrap i had yesterday and even more kinder chocolates

snack: a big salad

(safe to say i was craving chocolate today)
