lunch: slightly roasted broccoli, red onion, & carrot, some fresh cucumber, & some very very unauthentic tzatziki (bottom plate is mine, only 99 cals including the tzatziki!!!)

yogurt bowl snack: some nonfat cream cheese, around 100g vanilla oikos, exactly 1g pbfit, half a packet of splenda, 2 crushed up mini pretzels, & some sf choc chips! (163 calories)

and for dessert i finally tried the peanut butter cup halo top! i think its alright, i probably wouldn't buy it again but ill definitely eat the rest of the pint. i think having half a serving and adding some sf chocolate chips would be better! (110 calories)

for dinner i made a 140cal sandwich of just ham(yes, that sounds depressing as hell bc no mayo or mustard, not even cheese, but i love plain foods omg) plus a sugar free ginger ale thats 10cal and my grandma made me eat some salad but im quite picky so i only ate da carrots and strawberries i wanna be safe so im assuming its around 20cal

My mom made turkey roast today and she let me have some of it so I'll probably BP it on Monday. I absolutely love her roasts and it smells absolutely heavenlyI know it looks ugly but I swear it's good haha

Mix of apple flavored quark yogurt cream and some slightly higher fat cottage cheese(had to recycle the picture because my phone deleted it on its own WTF)
Tea and broth twice
Crackers and exquisa yogurt cream cheese
Part of this chocolate cookies protein bar and part of the no whey protein bar from yesterday. I figured I didn't get sick from it so it's probably not expired I think I'm just not used to these sand consistency vegan protein bars lmao

oh no im sorry it gave you food poisoning!!Hiya guys! Sorry for being inactive all weekend. Literally fasted for four days just so I could have an Indian meal on Friday night and it gave me food poisoning, actually gonna kms right now.
so the last two days intake has been low, don’t even know what I’ve kept down.
my stomach is in so much pain right now, so todays intake has been two lucozade sports (120 calories)

Then i really really wanted dessert. i didnt binge but i did have a good bit. i had a whole pint of halo top peaches and cream (DELICIOUS btw) (330) and 15 of trader joes dark chocolate orange sticks which are insanely high calories (360). i only took a picture of the 5 of them below.

damn your tdee is high!!hi guysdidnt post last night bc i stayed over w a love interest!!! somehow didnt mention the fact that i barely eat (phew) so that was good. but anyways yesterday's food. i didnt want to do a full on maintenance day bc my tdee is like 2400 and i didnt want to eat THAT much bc i gained like 4lbs of water weight from it last time. so i did a bmr day instead. i ran on the treadmill and burned around 230kcals and my bmr is around 1500 so i allowed myself around 1700. i went over it too bc i wanted a bag of popcorn, but it ended up not being too much. i barely gained when i got back and weighed this morning.
breakfast: plain cinnamon raisin bagel from trader joe's (280), serving of swedish muchies ice cream from n!cks (110), tj's hasbrown (110); (500)

for lunch i randomly started CRAVING shake shack, especially some french fries, so i got the lowest calorie cheeseburger (470) and a serving of fries (470), but i didnt eat all of them at lunch.
