Im intermittent fasting and so I'm trying to eat normal foods in my eating window. I made some rice with 2 eggs with some sriracha and soy sauce. This is my fave right now! Once I get my disability money I'll buy the stuff to make kimchi

So sad, goodbye number 14

Today was okayyyy
For breakfast I drank a Twinings 'Glow' tea (tasted like strawberries), then a Müller light strawberry rice pudding and sweet potato Gnocchi with red pesto for lunch. After work I had my black bean stuffed sweet potato. I've been in bed since 7pm because my legs are so sore from all of the walking today. Overall a good day, but I went slightly over my 900kcal limit. I really wanted to b/p but didn't had a berry tea in Costa too

i only took pics of my breakfast. it’s 35 cal bread, powdered peanut butter, babybel light cheese, and some strawberries i added later on bc the bread tasted like sadness. for lunch i had a 100 cal pack of beef jerky, broccoli, half an apple, and a mixture of corn/peas/carrots/green beans :3 i usually eat more but today was Hard lol

i feel like i ate so much today.. i don’t think i want to go lower than what i am currently (bmi 16.8-17.1 ??) my lowest was 12.5 and that was not a fun experience. eating more makes me feel so guilty though, i feel like i’m taking so much of my family’s food😓

OK sorry for the gross photos- both had to be taken secretly because my parents don't approve of devices at table. Would have been amazing omad but had to go out for lunch.

Your meals look so aesthetic! I love sushi as well! I hope you don't give up the holiday for your ED though, take care!

Thank you! The shakshuka tasted so good I almost died lol and the sushi was so binge worthy! Luckily I was with my family so I didn't...
I'm still debating about it as I'm worried I won't enjoy a two week holiday with that much food 😕

Thank you! I followed this recipe roughly. It says 370 per serving in the nutritional value section at the bottom, but it really depends on what you do with it. It's super easy to make!

OMG Müller light strawberry rice pudding sounds yummy

OMG the mushrooms, bell pepper, tomato pizza looks literally mouthwatering such a great idea too!

I posted my veggie goulash in thread no 14. And yes I was sure I’m not gonna eat anything else but I felt like crap. So I had cottage cheese with cinnamon and a pear.
I have no idea exactly how many calories this pear had🥲 but I overstimated it all and had 600 calories total today.

Really sad meal but it's all I can have right now, beans and corn (392 cal)
