Been half asleep in my bed in a fetal possition the last few hours because my stomach hurts and I feel very tired. I trew away so much food yesterday, and I feel kind of bad. But it will hopefully keep me from eating too much.

Went to the gym today after 2 days off (because of b/ping) and did 2 hours of spinning. Managed to bike over 51km,which I am happy about.

Todays food:

Breakfast :
Chocolate oatmeal
10g Cashew butter

280 calories

Lunch:
400g yogurt
25g oats
5g chia
5g cocoa nibs
100g Apple

420 calories

Dinner:
250g potato
300g egg whites
20g eatlean cheese
(dont remember the calories, too lazy to check)

Snack:
300g skyr (180 calories)
20g Rye bread topping (70 calories)
3 small carrots (40 calories)

290 calories

Total:
1475 calories

Omg, my food is so boring. And yes, I do eat almost all my food from tupperware, obs

Ouuuuh i'm one of the firsts🙈
I'm so happy that it's finally weekend, so i can rest a little, i didn't feel really good this week, that's why i posted so sporadically, i'm sorry for this. Besides i want to thank StarvingLama for her kind words, i really appreciated it❤
I had read that you have problems to pay the amount of money and that your mother didn't probably pay it. I also have problems with shoplifting foods and i was working in pharmacy where i took medications because i was addicted (but that's another whole story). I'm only on probation because the judge saw in me that i really struggled my half life with mental health, depression and addiction and that i would never would do that if i weren't ill. Furthermore they understood that i only did this to „function" somehow, to not kill myself and that my parents didn't worry about me. I also got a financial penalty and i wrote a letter to pay the money by installments. Maybe you could also do that? I'm sure they gonna approve it when they see with how little money you have to live monthly.

Sooo.. to the food part😊:

Breakfast: 1 onion-bread-roll with a little butter and cheese, pickle and black pepper, 1 nature yoghurt with grapes 🍇 (601kcal)

Snack: 61g pink hard candy (214kcal)

Lunch/Dinner: Veggie sausages with multigrain toasts and tzaziki (526kcal)

Total: 1.342 kcal

The blueberry cobbler bar sounds insanely good and the other blueberry one as well! Which one did you like best?
Also what's your take on coke zero vs diet coke? I'm all for coke zero but it's rare to find diet coke in Germany so it's the first thing I've ever tried

Aww thank you so much for this and for sharing your experience this helps me a lot I'm so sorry you can relate though with the shoplifting and addiction (I'm an alcoholic so I can relate) I will try to do that as well and hope they'll maybe understand

About your food:

Oh my goodness you have the best taste everything is a favorite of mine I'd eat it in a heart beat (if it would feel safe )
Onion bread rolls are so freaking delicious and cheese and cucumber are a perfect mix on sandwiches and together with the onion bread roll it really sounds super nice

And the gummies look so cute what is the brand?

And the sausages and Tsatsiki look delicious as well reminds me of a nice BBQ

they were both amazinggg but surprisingly, the one bar was actually better than clif insanity right, this clif bar tasted kinda generic, i don't know a better word for it lol

yeah same here, coke zero is definitely better in comparison, more "hearty" for a fizzy drink, so i guess it's good that you have the better one there in germany

I'm stupidly excited to post in the new thread haha. I saw it just after I posted yesterday's food earlier today.

Anyway, I made a loaf of bread with a cup of ground flax seeds and it turned out quite nice. I'm probably going to start actively restricting again though because I'm hung up on the numbers etc and the solution is to just not fucking count because I've not been counting for the past few weeks, but I have stuff to deal with and few other effective coping mechanisms despite therapy. I stayed up late working tonight and I'm mad about my evening snacks because it's better than being anxious about other stuff I still have to do. At least I'm self-aware?

Also, I have to show off my cute teapot, tea ball, and mug! The teapot I got at a thrift store, the tiger ball I got from a local tea place that sells an AMAZING variety of teas (think David's specialty teas except actually, consistently good and relatively inexpensive), and the mug was a gift from my friend. It took me weeks before I suddenly realized the handle was the cat's tail lmao.

this was a bit of a mess felt groggy when i woke up and had a bit of a fucking *binge* on the cookies STILL sitting on the table from eid sighhhhh at least it stayed under 4 digits today. but it still sucks to think i fucked up and had food that isn't my own, which is a big rule that my brain somehow ignored, great for me
i had to have some fruit at a family event, so couldn't take a pic, i got away with a couple bites, couldn't have been more than 100g i think but after that binge i really didn't want anything near my mouth at all. i hate people
