paranoid about throat

I don't purge often, but lately I came back to it and everytime I vomit I have this extreme tension feeling in my throat? Idk if I forgot or never payed attention enough, but it even lasts a moment after I'm done purging. And it's not pain either I know how scratched throat feels. It's basically like my throat is about to literary burst.
Idk tell me if I'm paranoid or I should worry
