Hi, this is my first post as I've recently relapsed after a few years of being recovered. This has resulted in my weight absolutely ballooning from around 60 kg to almost 80 (I'm 175 cm). I've been restricting (under 800 a day) for about a five days now and I've only lost about 500 grams? What am I doing wrong??

it goes between where some weeks you'll lose, some weeks you'll lose none or very minimally. i've had times where i lost nothing for about a good month & then i woke up the next day down 2kg. maybe try increasing your water intake, see if your period is coming near, how the weather is, salt intake, etc. because that can cause you to retain weight. otherwise just be patient, as long as you are in a deflict your body will continue to lose.

You’re right, I guess I’ll just try to be patient 😅 Thanks for the advice!
