Thank you. I hope everything is great for you moving forward.I feel nostalgic about the time when I could eat almost nothing and over exercise all day. But, my youth is gone and I only have today's, a BED disorder, others unknown health problems and the body that come with it.
It suck, let's face it.
But, we have one body, and only thing we can do is to try to get better, day by day.
Tackling out the BED is going to help a lot, so, hang in there, you can do it!

For tips, I would recommend you start by finding why you binge, what types of binges you are subject to, what are your triggers ect. Sit down and get all close and personal with your disorder(s?).
Once you know as much as you can, because it's not always easy, relax. Now, relaxing is hard, let's face it. Then, you'll be able to make plans. How to avoid triggers, avoids certain situations, how to deal with theses when they still happen, ect.
You'll figure out what work or not for you. You'll fail, more times than you want.
Forgive yourself and get back on track toward your goal.
It's also start with good will.
