Hello everyone❣

March is here!

This topic is for people who:

⭑ Wish to be binge free for this month, or

⭑ Wish to be binge free for a shorter period during this month

AND

⭑ People who may not be ready to commit or actively try to be binge free or don't struggle themself with Binge Eating Disorder, but want to support or be inspired by people doing their best to be binge free.

Feel free to JOIN AT ANY DAY, being binge free for even 1 day is a good day here. I don't care if it's the 3-7-15-21-30 of the month, we'll welcome you in 😊

You may update your progress by:

⭑ Simply stating if you did binge or did not binge for that day

⭑ Tracking the numbers of day(s) you are binge free

⭑ Share your journey day by day(ish) by keeping a journal of your success, fail, circumstance, personal thoughts, experiences, struggles ect.

⭑ Let's cheer for both good and bad days❣
And feel free to consult the topic to cheer yourself up too, you deserve it.

I strongly recommend the last but I know not everyone have such time or are confortable sharing this much about themself. Still know there's no judement in this topic, only people going throught similar experiences or cheering for your success.

If you are here just to cheer:
Thank You! Always appreciated!

※ Warning, before sharing your tips and recommandations, be sure the person on the receiving side is 100% willing to accepte them, not everyone is looking for advice and they may not be reacting positively to unsolicited opinions.※

Your participation and understanding is much appreciated 💕
_

Now for my own little word:
I have reached the point where I have to label the year! Can you believe it? I'd like to underline the efforts and pain many people who participated through all this time had to live, and I would also love to underline that many "graduated" and went binge free. If you missed it, one participant came back on an older month to let us know they were 10month binge free!
Congratulation to you all, sincerely!
😊

There's still hope for us still trying our best, let's do this together! I'm happy this topic became a regular happening, where everyone can join or follow silently. I see you watching too. I think of you too and I also hope you get in a better place with us.

Best of wishes everyone, and start!

I feel nostalgic about the time when I could eat almost nothing and over exercise all day. But, my youth is gone and I only have today's, a BED disorder, others unknown health problems and the body that come with it.
It suck, let's face it.
But, we have one body, and only thing we can do is to try to get better, day by day.
Tackling out the BED is going to help a lot, so, hang in there, you can do it!
Thank you. I hope everything is great for you moving forward.
Hey I‘m new here and I do struggle a lot with binges, so I hope this helps me… Does anyone have good tips to stop binging and have normal eating habits?
First, welcome in!
For tips, I would recommend you start by finding why you binge, what types of binges you are subject to, what are your triggers ect. Sit down and get all close and personal with your disorder(s?).
Once you know as much as you can, because it's not always easy, relax. Now, relaxing is hard, let's face it. Then, you'll be able to make plans. How to avoid triggers, avoids certain situations, how to deal with theses when they still happen, ect.
You'll figure out what work or not for you. You'll fail, more times than you want.
Forgive yourself and get back on track toward your goal.
It's also start with good will.
Best of wishes dear :)
Thank you. I hope everything is great for you moving forward.
Thank you!
It's not always easy, but, as cliché as it sound, it does get better.
Best of wishes for you too :)

It's ok, take it, one day at time. You don't need to do a long string of days. One day is good enough.
It's been a harder day, had binge food right in my face all day and the meal choices were terrible. But, I didn't binged! I didn't stuff myself over full. I didn't crack and threw myself at the trigger food neither.
And, well, for some day, that's going to be the best it could have been.

i guess i'm not welcome here anymore.
Everyone is welcomed in here, at any point.
I went back at your previous post, yes, it stayed unanswered. It does not make you unwelcomed, it mean we did not knew what to say. There were not much details shared too. Please, refrain from posting little passive-agressive dramatic outburst, that never made a situation better for anyone. It's totaly fine to directly ask for help indeed, but please tell us, how can we help you?
