Ok i'm so angry that nobody answers to my topics when i need you the most.So i fasted yesterday and today i had a 1000 cal. binge(not bad for a binge and i burned 800cal in the gym).The problem is that now i'm 150lbs and want to go to 130 till 28march.Pleace tell me how can i lose this weight.Help me with thinspo,diets,exercises everything you want.Sorry if this sounded like you have to do somethinf,i know you don't.I just really need your support.Thanks for reading

Do you have a problem with fasting then binging the next days? How long do your binge cycles go for?

For me and through research, losing weight mainly boils down to your diet.

If you think you will relapse into binges when you're restricting too heavily, I'd highly suggest you try the Skinny Girl Diet. You can modify it so that you still count all the calories in fruits and veggies (that diet says you can eat "as many" fruits/veggies as you'd like). You can also add a few further restrictions, like one week without chocolate, then the next week without chips.

If you want something a bit more difficult you could do 2468 diet, or modify it to 246.

Thinspo photos only help me to a certain degree. I really like to count my calories, and I don't count "calories burned", I just try to stay below my daily limit each day. Hope this helps!

I suggest you start with 800 cals, and every day drop it down by 100 cals, once you hit 0 stay there for as long as you can without binging, and then when you are done with it, start introducing your calories back in by 50's with a base of 100. so day one of returning to food 100 cals, day 2 150 , 3- 200 ect..... and eat mostly veggies , tofu, soups, to bring your self out of it

Yup yup, I would definitely not recommend you fasting anymore. Just stay within 300-800 calories or 500, whatever you are comfortable with. And you'll find that if you cut out things like dairy, meats, junks, days that are 400 calories is actually A LOT.
