Feeling trapped in my head
Accidently made the face way too red but its okay, I still like it
I am so thankful for my art, because it motivates me to eat more, as I am WAY more creative when eating properly. Gives me a solid reason to harm reduce/recover eventually some day

Thank youu!! I have struggled with the same thing, but what has really helped me was to allow myself to just draw and scribble whatever, no matter how ugly it looks. Without any sketching or planning first. I never know what to draw when I start a drawing, I just start to scribble something (idk some lines or circles just random stuff) and see what comes out if that makes sense.
Don't be discouraged if the scribbles look like shit at first! Thats totally normal, it takes time to get used to it :)
