Lowest calorie canned soups?
weight watchers soup! most of them are 400ml
and under 150 cals. my favs are chicken noodle soup (116) and the asian veggie kind (80-90 cals)

Any progresso light soups! Range from 100 cals (french onion soup) to 170 cals (other typess!) i highly also recommend trader joes soups, especially the mushroom soup and vegetable medley. Costco also has AMAZING veggie soup, 70 cals for 1 cup!

Heinz minestrone soup, 126cals per can. minestrone soup in general is one of the most low cal soups.

most canned minestrone soups r quite low cal and rly yummy !!!! also idk if these exist outside of australia but this pumpkin soup is really good and only 67 cals per serving (134 per pouch)

i looooooove the pacific foods creamy butternut squash soup! it’s only 90cal per serving so you can have a couple servings and it’s vegan for anyone who follows that diet. they have it at target and most grocery stores.
campbell’s cream of chicken soup is 300 for the entire can, 120/serving. not the lowest calorie out of what everyone’s posted but it’s not too much and really satisfying when you want something hearty
