Low calorie breakfast ideas?

you can have a very substantial portion of soy yogurt and frozen/fresh (as you like) blueberries and raspberries with it, which will be quite low kcal (mine are always under 200kcal for a big bowl). It doesn't look suspicious either since its a good portion and quite a common breakfast food :)
Otherwise, 50g oats, 250ml almond milk or water and a bunch of spices (cinnamon, gingerbread) with some sweetener and berries on top is another one of my favs!
