I lost most my recovery weight (25 out of 35 pounds so I'm still up 10) and now my doctor and parents want to put me back inpatient. If I don't gain weight by Thursday I'm going to be hospitalized. How can I make my blood work look normal? Is there anything I can eat or drink that will show up as if I'm healthier? I already went inpatient and tried to recover I WILL NOT do it again

When I take a multivitamin, my bloodwork is drastically more "normal" than when I don't. It may be a coincidence, but I'd imagine there's some science behind it. When are you getting your blood work done?

If you need to gain by Thursday, your best bet is to eat foods that are high in sodium. It'll be temporary weight from water retention.

Nothing is totally foolproof, though. :/

i doubt if this will make your bloodwork look normal but jared leto and ryan gosling gained a TON of weight: they drank microwaved ice cream (haagen dazs but i'd use ben & jerry's) mixed with soy sauce and olive oil. gross, i know.

i don't know what to tell you. you need to pay attention to your diet because a lot of nutritional markers can't be changed very quickly. i maintain a low weight with excellent nutrition. of course no one is around to tell me what to do, but i'm the one who will pay for it if i don't do things right.
