The title is self explanatory. But I don't feel hunger anymore, I still eat, but I just don't feel hungry, I don't feel full unless I binge. Is this normal?

I think its quite common to lose 'hunger' if you have spent so long restricting. Its almost like diassociating from feelings when you are actively trying to push them away. Are you pleased with not feeling hunger? or are you worried? my guess its a bit of both. To be absolutely honest with you I wish I didnt feel hunger but then I am on meds that increase my appetite so maybe I am biased.

Sometimes I'll binge(even though I don't feel hungry does that make sense..?)
And I'll feel pain instead of feeling full. It's weird..
It's a mixture of feeling pleased and being worried, yeah. Cause hunger is such a natural thing, a survival mechanism.

I get "cravings" but never actual hunger when I restrict. It just goes away. I know I have to eat if I feel sick. The feeling of "thin" I could live on forever--that dizzy, "I know I should eat but I don't want to" feeling.
