It's in the name. What helps you stop? What can you recommend?

Eating enough calories. Eating around 1000 calories a day WILL stop the binging guaranteed because I did that. I used to eat so little, way under 300 calories a day and I ended up binging. But now eating 1000 calories or over, I feel so much better

Drinking a lot of Diet Coke/any 0 cal fizzy drink (even seltzer) helps a lot, not only by giving you some sweet flavor if that's what you're craving but by filling you up from the carbonation. Looking at thinspo. Making plans to be with people all day so you have virtually no time to yourself (may only work if you don't like eating in front of others/would feel bad about binging with others around)
