How to eat more?

So, I know this will sound weird, but I want to eat at least 1,000 calories. The reason why is because I don't want to go back to how I was. Basically dead. I couldn't walk very well and I was out of it constantly. I was eating less than 500 calories then. I really do not feel like eating, but I know I have to.
Help!

Make rules for yourself - instead of being restrictive, ensure they help you to eat more

For instance, that you must eat at least 1 portion of dairy, you're gonna add milk to coffee, eat x times a day, don't spend longer than x time in the gym, and others like it.

Try also spreading the calories out over the day.

Eat something as soon as you wake up, definitely have lunch and dinner, and maybe a snack as well. be pretty strict with yourself so that you stick to it.

Also remember you're not gonna gain weight!! With 1000 you'll have so many benefits of high restriction (more energy, better moods, no real medical things), but will still be losing.

Please talk to a therapist and a dietitian.
I tried both and they just made me feel even worse so now I don't trust them
