How much weight can I lose if I don't eat for 3 days?

It depends on your SW/CW and your activity levels. The average I've seen tends to hover around 1 lbs per day. There may be some regain when you break the fast depending on how adequately hydrated you are during the fast and if you have regular BMs, etc. Also fasting encourages binging in a lot of people when they start eating again.

According to Cassie, though, you'll be lovely.

Again, depends on height and weight/activity level, but fasting just means you 100% of your TDE is coming from your body fat. If your TDEE is around 2000 calories, you'll lose 1.7 pounds of fat. I say fat because your weight may drop further than that, but that is because you might also drop a few pounds of water and food weight. You'll probably lose the most in the first 2 days because of the water and food.

use this tdee calculator to find out your total daily energy expenditure (how many cals you burn per day without traditional exercise): https://tdeecalculator.net/

you must burn roughly 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat so assuming your tdee is 1500 cals, you would multiply 1500 calories by 3 days and divide by 3500 calories, which equals about 1.3. you'd lose 1.3 pounds if you consumed 0 calories for 3 days.

I lose 0.4kg after one day of fasting, but that was because I binged the day before I think. I've never really done extended periods of fasting, so I wouldn't know much, but what I do know is that it depends on a whole bunch of variables that you'd have to give for an accurate answer.

Well if you don't move around much and supposing you're at a low normal/low weight it should be around 1500kcal/day * 3 =4500kcal. So a bit over 1lb of real weight, some more water and food weight along with it. But to be sure how much you'll be using use a TDEE calculator to find an estimate.
