About 4 liters. I set a timer and drink 12oz of water every hour plus a sip of water between every two bites of food while eating. I do use electrolyte drops in about 1/2 of my water intake. I’m extremely active as well (mostly running to the bathroom to pee hahaha jk)
 
I used to not drink water at all BC I thought it made me look fatter but then I heard about the weight loss benefits so started drinking like 1 litre every HOUR lmao then I got told I would drown my brain so I stopped that too, now I drink at least 2.25 litres each day but am aiming to up to about 3

I don't drink much water unless I buy some distilled or spring water.

But I drink a lot of milk, bovine and coconut.
 
I usually drink around 3, 5 liters of plain water a day. That is without taking tea, coffee and diet coke into account... That might me a little too much though.
 
i drink about 1.5 to 2 littres to, just because it flushes me out, flushes out stagnet water, if you dont drink it all in the one go , just over the day you pee but you flush system out and feel lighter for it ...good to for blood test for worried docs ;p
