Hello folks!

How much water do you drink a day and how does is affect your body? (Water weight, weight loss, bloating etc).

I drink a minimum of 2 litres a day. I force myself to drink if I haven't reached it. Most days I have no trouble reaching it and I drink 2,5 litres on average, not counting tea and other fluids.

When I got my blood work done, I was told to drink less water because I am "shutting down [my] system." I was oddly proud of that♡ I believe I drink about a gallon or two of water daily, but that is included in my water, electrolyte waters, and tea put together♡

I don't drink any plain water, basically.... for some reason it's become extremely unappealing to me,,, I can barely even force myself to drink it when it's plain. So I drink powerade zero and crystal light-infused water.

I drink about ~80 fl ozs a day, so...... about 2.4 liters, apparently? I don't know if that's normal or a "lot".......

Ok. So I know this might seem insane. But. Hear me out.

Whenever I watch my 600lb life. Or amber Lynn. They ALWAYS drink a fk tonne water.

I know they eat loads too. But it's the water. It scares me so I can't do it.

Is that normal?? Does anyone else feel like that ??

I don't know. Sorry. Jst lost my shit recently

personally i aim for at least 8 cups a day, preferably 10, and if possible, more. basically as much as possible. i'm really bad at keeping track of exactly how many cups i'm drinking, though. the only effect i really get is peeing every 20 minutes haha. i'm okay with drinking plain water, i just drink it really fast. like i usually drink one large cup of water (about 2-3 measurable cups in the one large cup) at once. it's easier for me to stay full when i'm literally full of water, instead of sipping it all day but not really feeling the effect of fullness.

I aim to have atleast 2 of my 30oz water bottles, which puts me at 1.75 liters. Any less than that and my weight gets reallly unstable bc Im constantly gaining and losing water weight lol

I also have 1 or 2 ~20z drinks like a vitamin water or a sparkling ice

I drink 2 liters of straight water a day, plus I dunno? Maybe 4-6 cups of tea? (I'm a little obsessed) But I work out for 1-6 hours a day, 6 days a week, so I feel like I need water?? Obviously drink more when it's hot out, lol.

I have a fear of dehydration. Like an honest to god fear. No idea how it actually effects my weight tho, because I always drink that much??

This is probably really bad but I drink between 2-6 litres of water everyday, i have a 2L coke cola bottle the I keep filling up and I usually chug it in 10 mins lol I’ve come pretty close to almost passing out because of the amount of water I’ve drank so I learned to space out how much I drink through out the day
