I originally had an unlimited meal plan which was hell because I couldn’t stop my self. Now I have a part time job and cancelled my meal so I have a limited budget for food but I still can’t stop b/ping no matter what 🫠if even I buy healthy food I’ll binge a whole bag of grapes and blueberries

I'm right there with you. I've binged on fruit, plain oatmeal, ect when I didn't have the means to still just walk to the store. You find a way in my experience lol. I'm assuming the solution is working on the root issue but finding the time or even wanting to... Don't have advice on that.

Same, I'll binge on anything. I'm lucky my parents pay for my groceries still but it's SO embarassing to be like yeah I spent XYZ on food this month... sorry...most of it ended up undigested in the toilet ...

I used to live a ten min walk from the store. Now I live farther and if I don't buy it I won't binge on it, so I try not to bring high cal food in the house BC a salad binge is better than potato chips. But I also go through phases where I'm like "I can eat this in moderation!" so. Lol. (Spoiler: I cannot.)

Some days I do no work and I just b/p as a stress relief thing, or I just sit around and literally plan my next binge even if I don't do it. The workload in my program is insane so this is becoming a problem BC I'm behind. :/

When my sister used to pay for my groceries when I didn’t have a job, she gave me around 100 a month. I’d binge on everything in a week and only have Diet Coke and crisp bread leftover for the rest of the month 🫠 very humbling and embarrassing but I never learned my lesson 😭

That’s a good point but I’ve definitely been forced to reduce the amount I’ve done it because if I was doing it as much before, there’s no way I would be able to focus and attend class
