someone pls help. i was forced to gain 20 pounds into recovery already being at a healthy weight while hospitalized. i’m an athlete and bmi of 23, so this isn’t normal as i exercise everyday! my doctors and parents refuse to let me loose weight even tho they say i’m “fully physically recovered” and i’m 6 months in! i eat so much everyday it’s so unfair. i can’t even leave the house because how much i hate my body and only wear size large men’s clothes because i cant wear anything else. it’s seriously making me wanna kms and i didn’t feel like this when i weighed less. i don’t wanna loose all 20 pounds, but definitely don’t wanna stay here!!

my parents watch me eat everyday, and watch closely. how can i hide food from them??! are there any supplements or something i can take to loose weight?! any other weight loss tricks you have to loose weight without anyone knowing, please tell me! 🙏 i need them all!!

i also know how to weight more at weigh ins, padlocks, water drinking, etc.. but some backups would also be much appreciated.

coming from 1 ed patient to another, please help me out! i’ll return the favour to anyone else, i just can’t live like this anymore!
thank you luvs
